You agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, content, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Booking a product

By booking a reservation for a Product through Naxos Transfer.gr, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, use this Website, book the Product, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act.

Pricing

Prices are based on known costs at the time of quoting and are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Prices listed on site are per person or per group unless otherwise specified. What the prices include is specifically stated on each tour web page. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include: gratuities to guide, driver, food and drinks, passport and visa fees, personal insurance.

Payment

When you book a reservation for a Product through naxostransfer.gr, Naxos Transfer collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Naxos Transfer accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS and there is no extra fee for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Naxos Transfer on the credit card statement.

Cancellations

Canceling a booking with Naxos Transfer can result in cancellation fees. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees as outlined below:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the services begin: There is no cancellation fee, you will get a full refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 calendar days or less before the service: you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee

Booking Amendments

Naxos Transfer does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our  team more than 7 days ahead of your confirmed travel date.  If you request a date change within 7 days or less of your confirmed travel date, Naxos Transfer will attempt to honor your request; however changes made seven days or less from your original travel date may attract an additional fee.

Cancellations by Naxos Transfer

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, Naxos Transfer reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at Naxos Transfer at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify our customers in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible. In the rare event our suppliers and/or service providers cancel a tour, we reserve the right to cancel any of the services, without any penalties beyond offering a full refund.

Naxos Transfer can also cancel the activity on the agreed date without observing a period of notice, if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions (in particular force majeure) make the execution of the activity impossible, make it considerably more difficult or endanger it. In this case the paid price is refunded.
